Phrase for the day....

is "tore up". As in, I am TORE UP. When I was younger, 'tore up' used to mean drunk or hung over. Now it means I walk like an 80 yr old, and look like I'm an ad for stopping domestic violence. I'm just a mess. Can't take me anywhere these days.

But the tournament was fun. We placed approximately 5th out of 13. Not too bad considering the competition. 5 games on Sat and 3 on Sunday. I played all but one game at shortstop. Earned myself the team MVP award, although I'm still baffled at how that came about.
